Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will perform physically demanding warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and using Voice Directed Picking Equipment, as well as operating powered vehicles such as forklifts and reach trucks.

Qualifications

• PIV experience such as Forklift, Reach Truck, or Order Picker.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting tools.
• Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Must maintain a clean work area.
• Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Cross train on other jobs as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding warehouse duties including repetitive processes and operating powered equipment.
• Pick, prepare and package required quantity of material for shipment.
• Operate Voice Directed Picking Equipment and freight handling machinery.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to heights up to 24 feet.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain attendance.
