Job summary

Leslie’s is hiring a Warehouse Associate 3 in Dallas, TX to support receiving, order picking, loading, and shipping operations. You will operate forklifts or similar equipment and adhere to safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized distribution center.

Minimum 1 year in a warehouse plus 6 months on forklifts or equivalent is expected. Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners is required; overtime and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; 18+ years old and able to pass background and drug screens.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience; 6 months operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners; able to lift 50+ pounds and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Put-Away: unload inbound shipments, count products, check against manifest, report shortages or damages.
• Order Picking: accurately select correct items and move to staging areas.
• Quality: ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Loading: move products into trailers; ensure safe stacking and loading per policy.
• Equipment: operate forklift or other material handling equipment; use RF devices as needed.
• Safety/Sanitation/Security: maintain clean area, follow OSHA and MSDS standards.
