Job summary

LINEAGE LOGISTICS HOLDINGS, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in our New Jersey facility. The role involves operating forklifts to move and store palletized goods, picking items for outbound shipments, and recording data using RF systems.

You will follow work orders, ensure pallets are wrapped and logged, and maintain equipment safety and cleanliness throughout shifts. Applicants should be able to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) and work in both cold and dry storage environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning or manually inputting pallet identification numbers.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to understand instructions in Country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Move palletized units with forklift and place into racks.
• Pick palletized units from racks for outbound shipment.
• Record weights, counts, and item condition using RF scanner.
• Read and follow computerized work orders to locate items.
• Wrap, seal, and label pallets for shipping and document counts.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain equipment area.
• Report damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse during shifts.
