Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role supports PBV’s warehouse operations, including pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, counting, and quality control to satisfy internal and external customers.

The position requires safety-conscious operation of equipment, attention to detail, and teamwork. Training and a stable, climate-controlled environment are provided where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to pass forklift skills assessment.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills essential.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with warehouse equipment helpful.
• Ability to read labels and load tickets and count goods precisely.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received and shipped.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOP.
• Operates warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, conveyors, etc.).
• Performs safety checks and janitorial tasks to keep space clean.
• May assist yard switching and basic maintenance tasks.
