Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Safely and efficiently perform a variety of duties within PBV’s warehouse operations to support internal and external customers, including pulling, loading, unloading, stacking, and pallet building.

You will operate forklifts and automation systems, maintain records, verify product quality, and meet safety and GMP guidelines. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift skills assessment required; ability to safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math, reading, writing, and communications.
• Familiarity with sorting and grouping tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
• Counts goods returned by sales or delivery personnel.
• Interacts with automation systems and uses pick tickets to build pallets.
• Identifies faults, troubleshoots, and performs basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, wrappers) safely.
• Performs safety checks on machinery and keeps workspace clean.
• May perform yard switching and general janitorial tasks as needed.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines and ensures quality of work.
• Other duties as assigned.
