Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Utah is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage the receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials, equipment, and products within our warehouse and branch settings.

Responsibilities include unloading incoming orders, loading outgoing shipments, maintaining safety and organization, and managing inventory with attention to accuracy and timeliness. The role requires the ability to operate forklifts and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders; log and store materials.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure correct handling and documentation.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard; uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Distribute materials to storage areas, rotate stock, report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Operate forklifts and equipment safely following guidelines.
