Job summary

SRS Building Products - St George is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution in our St George, UT branch. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork while handling materials and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include logging incoming materials, loading outbound orders, maintaining orderliness, and using inventory software. A High School diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and OSHA awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution is preferred.
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software.
• Spanish or another second language is helpful.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with correct handling and documentation.
• Maintain an organized warehouse, yard, and office areas with safety in mind.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials, rotating stock, and reporting discrepancies or damage.
• Collaborate with team in a "team-first" culture and strive for mutual success.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment per guidelines.
