Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with overtime as needed.

You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, wrap and transport pallets, and use RF devices to sort and scan items. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking materials, keeping the facility clean and safe, and adhering to PPE and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Accurately receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident-free
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE usage
• Wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
