Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Maryland. The role operates Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with mandatory overtime as needed, performing forklift duties, pallet handling, and RF scanning to ensure accurate storage and outbound orders.

Qualifications

0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift/order picker experience a plus.
Plumbing industry experience a plus.
High attention to detail is required.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.

Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Keep workspace clean and safe.
Adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE usage.
