Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mobile. This role operates a stand-up forklift to pull orders, builds and ships pallets, scans using RF devices, and ensures accurate receiving, staging, and stocking of materials.

The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the stamina to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. A pre-employment drug and background screen is required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free; follow PPE and safety rules.
