Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team in Virginia.

This role operates on a M-F, 8-hour shift from 6am to 4pm, performing order picking, pallet building, RF scanning, and material staging while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of warehouse experience, is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Forklift/order picker experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material accurately and timely.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free with the team.
• Comply with safety regulations and wear PPE, including harness up to 400 lbs weight capacity.
