Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an entry level Warehouse Associate. The role operates on a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, supporting order picking, packing, and shipping processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, use RF devices to sort and process orders, and ensure accurate receiving, staging, and stocking of materials while maintaining a clean and safe workspace with PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE.
