Bellmont Cabinets is seeking a motivated Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse. You will use a standing forklift to pick and stage cabinet parts for assembly, following tablet-based instructions, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in a picking, warehouse, or manufacturing role.
• Experience operating standing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
• Comfortable using digital tools, including scanners and tablets, to accurately pick and track materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-focused, team-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Purpose

We are seeking a motivated Picker to join our high-performing 1300 department is role is well-suited for individuals with forklift and/or warehouse experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced team environment. You will use a standing forklift to pick and stage cabinet parts for assembly, following pick instructions provided on a handheld device. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure materials are delivered correctly and production stays on schedule. In addition to forklift operation, you will assist with inventory, material organization, and general department support.

Who You Are

Youre a motivated Picker with experience safely picking, moving, and organizing materials in a warehouse or production environment. Youre comfortable operating a standing forklift, following pick instructions on a tablet, and working through aisles with accuracy and attention to detail. Safety is a top priority for you, and you take pride in delivering the right parts to the right place at the right time.
