1300 PickerPurposeWe are seeking a motivated Picker to join our high-performing 1300 department is role is well-suited for individuals with forklift and/or warehouse experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced team environment. You will use a standing forklift to pick and stage cabinet parts for assembly, following pick instructions provided on a handheld device. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure materials are delivered correctly and production stays on schedule. In addition to forklift operation, you will assist with inventory, material organization, and general department support.Who You AreYou’re a motivated Picker with experience safely picking, moving, and organizing materials in a warehouse or production environment. You’re comfortable operating a standing forklift, following pick instructions on a tablet, and working through aisles with accuracy and attention to detail.
