Job summary

Bellmont Cabinets is seeking a motivated Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse. You will use a standing forklift to pick and stage cabinet parts for assembly, following tablet-based instructions, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork.

You will support inventory, material organization and production flow, thrive in a hands-on environment, and contribute to continuous improvement. We provide training, competitive pay, benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a picking, warehouse, or manufacturing role.
• Experience operating standing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
• Comfortable using digital tools, including scanners and tablets, to accurately pick and track materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-focused, team-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow pick instructions on a tablet to accurately select materials from designated bays.
• Safely operate a standing forklift to pick and transport cabinet parts throughout the facility.
• Deliver picked parts to the assembly team to support smooth and efficient production flow.
• Safely load picked parts into the cart attached to your forklift, ensuring materials are secure and handled with care.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily and weekly picking goals.
• Maintain your equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory tracking, material organization, and staging of parts.
• Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes we value team members who think critically and take ownership.
