Job summary

Flexpipe is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Rockwall, TX to support inbound/outbound activities, receive, store, and ship products accurately and on time. You will help maintain inventory integrity, run warehouse systems, and assist cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to operational excellence while working Monday–Friday with some overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Sit-down forklift experience.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse-related systems.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory counts and shipping paperwork.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Reliable, motivated and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, staging, loading, shipping, labeling, and cycle counting activities.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse systems and manual processes.
• Complete shipping documentation and verify shipment information.
• Organize and maintain warehouse locations for efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory movement and shipping.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping.
• Manage changing priorities and respond to trucks, rush orders, and demands.
• Collaborate with receiving, production, field services, quality and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support customer and business needs.
