MATTR in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. You will receive, store, and ship products, maintaining accurate records and following safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and forklift experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Comfortable using computers and warehouse-related systems.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform put-away, replenishment, staging, loading, shipping, labeling, and cycle counting.
Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse systems and manual processes.
Complete shipping documentation and verify shipment information accurately.
Organize and maintain warehouse locations to maximize storage utilization.
Identify and resolve issues related to inventory movement and shipping.
Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping.
Manage changing priorities and respond to multiple trucks and rush orders.
Collaborate with receiving, production, field services, quality, and warehouse teams.
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
Perform additional duties as required to support customer and business needs.

Summary

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Ability to operate a forklift for a significant portion of the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing priorities and occasional overtime.
