Job summary

Mattr in Rockwall, Texas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help maintain inventory accuracy and support timely receiving, storage, and shipping. You will operate sit-down forklifts, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with receiving, production, and quality teams to meet customer needs in a safe, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma and at least 6 months warehouse experience; forklift experience is required, along with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, staging, loading, and cycle counting.
• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and effectively.
• Maintain inventory records in warehouse systems and manually.
• Complete shipping documentation and verify shipment details.
• Organize warehouse locations to maximize storage.
• Resolve issues related to inventory movement and shipping.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Adapt to changing priorities and respond to rush orders.
• Collaborate with receiving, production, field services, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support customers.
