Job summary

MATTR in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. You will receive, store, and ship products, maintaining accurate records and following safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and forklift experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse-related systems.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory and paperwork.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Reliable, motivated and adaptable to changing needs.
• Independent yet collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, staging, loading, shipping, labeling, and cycle counting.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse systems and manual processes.
• Complete shipping documentation and verify shipment information accurately.
• Organize and maintain warehouse locations to maximize storage utilization.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory movement and shipping.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping.
• Manage changing priorities and respond to multiple trucks and rush orders.
• Collaborate with receiving, production, field services, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required to support customer and business needs.
