Job summary

Bake’n Joy is seeking a Warehouse Associate in North Andover, MA. You will handle material in a controlled-temperature warehouse, operate equipment, and prepare orders for outbound shipments and inter-warehouse transfers.

Responsibilities include receiving orders with handheld devices, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production with ingredients and packaging. A strong emphasis on safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Training in GMP, basic allergen handling, food defense, and HACCP.
• Experience operating material handling equipment including stand-up reach trucks and ride-on pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, wrap, stage and load outbound customer sales orders and warehouse-to-warehouse transfers.
• Support production by picking ingredients and packaging materials and placing them in required staging locations.
• Receive inbound Purchase Orders and inventory transfers using handheld RF guns and the company system (JD Edwards).
• Maintain accurate on-hand inventory through inventory control functions.
• Uphold food safety standards and GMP guidelines through housekeeping and procedures.
• Communicate effectively and act with urgency to support other departments.
• Prioritize safety by following all safety rules and procedures.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrate basic math skills.
• Show adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
