Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in warehouse receiving, preferably in food production.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.
• Familiarity with GMP manufacturing practices preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store materials with up-to-date records.
• Maintain FIFO rotation and conduct weekly inventory checks.
• Pull/prepare materials for production and document usage.
• Verify product quality on receipt and report issues.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve shortages.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety rules.
• Support supervisors to prioritize tasks and handle duties as assigned.
