Job summary

You will operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment with opportunities for growth and scheduling flexibility. Minimum 1–3 months of related experience and a high school diploma or GED are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency (General Education Diploma).
• Minimum 1 to 3 months of related experience.
• Ability to perform operations using units of US currency and weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to complete duties with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to use hands, sit, reach, stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch, talk or hear.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to non-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials.
• Read production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, or product code).
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places on pallets or shelves, or conveys order to packing station or shipping department.
