Job summary

AFCO Distribution & Milling, a division of Skagit Farmers Supply, is seeking a full-time warehouse associate in Lacey, WA to join our on-site team. You will pick, load, unload, stock, and prepare shipments, while upholding safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Shifts typically 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with some evenings/weekends. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus benefits after meeting eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Dependable, reliable, and professional in appearance.
• Proficient with Windows and Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Complete orders by accurately picking, loading, and unloading products.
• Accurately place and store products per company standards.
• Receive inbound deliveries and prepare outbound shipments.
• Rotate and stock products; perform inventory maintenance.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively and maintain punctual attendance.
