Job summary

Vistar in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support shipping and receiving within our distribution network. You will perform general warehouse duties, operate forklifts, and ensure safe, efficient handling of products.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 6+ months warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and the stamina to work overtime. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift/reach products weighing 10–90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, wrap/pallet work, order selection, loading and receiving.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and reports unsafe conditions immediately.
• Conducts daily safety checks on forklift/pallet jack per policy.
• Checks for damaged items and coordinates disposition with supervisor as needed.
• Prepares for operations using daily production paperwork and ensures paperwork is complete.
