Job summary

7Seventy in Louisville, KY is hiring for a warehouse associate to support high-volume distribution, including loading, packing, kitting, and inventory handling in a climate-controlled facility.

You will operate RF scan guns, move pallets and totes, and perform picking and packing to ensure accurate orders and timely shipping. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 to 60 pounds consistently.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment with high-volume tasks.
• Strong attention to numbers, labels and locations.
• Ability to follow written instructions, memos, and notes.
• Adherence to warehouse safety procedures and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes inside trailers and maintain safe, organized loads.
• Sort pallets, totes, and boxes into correct shipping areas.
• Scan products and apply labels using RF scan guns.
• Operate automatic taping equipment to seal boxes.
• Band materials together for shipment and prepare discrete packages.
• Perform picking, packing, rework, kitting and order picking as needed.
• Use pallet jacks and other handling equipment to move loads.
• Move totes between conveyor belts and staging areas.
• Break down and dispose of empty boxes and ensure inventory accuracy.
