Job summary

Hire Sync is hiring multiple Warehouse Associates for immediate 1st shift opportunities in Louisville, KY. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and organizing parts while keeping inventory accurate and orders moving.

You’ll work with a team, lift and move heavier items, and use a computer to process transactions. Forklift experience is strongly preferred, and dependable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn warehouse systems and enter data.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy parts.
• Willingness to work weekend overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for orders.
• Receive, verify, and organize shipments.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Operate gas and electric forklifts safely.
• Maintain accurate stock and locations.
• Process warehouse transactions and communicate discrepancies.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized warehouse.
