Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Associate to join the Santa Ana, CA office and support material management and inventory flow across sites in Santa Ana and Costa Mesa. You will ensure order accuracy, move materials, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and coordinating with production for timely material delivery. On-site work with potential overtime and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift with overtime.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving at Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by packing, labeling, and loading.
• Coordinate material movement across sites with accurate transactions.
• Ensure production materials and supplies are delivered and finished goods staged.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory by labeling and tracking locations, reporting shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and move items to/from docks.
• Courier inventory between Santa Ana and Costa Mesa sites.
• Expedite flow of material as per production and shipping schedules.
