Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. in Quincy, MA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support material flow and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will handle shipping/receiving, prepare documentation, move materials with forklifts, and ensure safety and accuracy while coordinating across sites. This role offers hands-on responsibility and opportunities to contribute to production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift experience with certification preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP systems or warehouse management tooling; inventory control.
• Experience with inventory via lot/serial tracking.
• Able to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving at the Quincy, MA facility.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment and document outbound shipments (BOL, Packing List, Commercial Invoice).
• Move and stage materials, load/unload using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock locations.
• Ensure safety and inventory control during warehouse operations.
• Coordinate material movements between sites (Quincy, MA and Quonset, RI).
• Expedite flow of parts and assemblies per production schedules.
