Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Associate to join the Santa Ana/Costa Mesa Supply Chain team. You will help manage material flow, support shipping/receiving, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes inventory control, cycle counts, forklift operation, and collaboration across sites. Candidates must have 2+ years warehouse experience, be onsite locally, and hold a valid driver's license; security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Able to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime
• Valid driver’s license
• Onsite in Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving at Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations as needed
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
• Key person to ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move
• Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution
• Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks
• Courier inventory as needed between Anduril’s sites in Santa Ana & Costa Mesa
• Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules
