Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Browns Summit, NC. This role supports temperature-sensitive materials, inventory traceability, and orderly outbound shipments in a climate-controlled facility.

You will monitor materials, update records, and coordinate movements with RF scanning equipment. Strong reliability, reading English, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or less warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for timely outbound activity.
