Job summary

Cencora is hiring at our Louisville, KY distribution site for a dedicated fulfillment associate. You will stock, pick, pack and ship customer orders in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Daily cycle counts, discrepancy resolution and RF scanning help maintain accurate inventory and efficient distribution. We value reliability and safety as you work through shifts that may include overtime; a high school diploma is required, and you must read English proficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand/walk long shifts.
• Overtime may be required to meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment including stocking, restocking, picking and packing.
• Outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure product safety and reduce injuries.
