Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to support temperature-controlled storage, packing, and shipment processes in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accurate inventory records, proper handling of sensitive materials, and timely outbound activities while adhering to standard procedures.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, with less than 2 years in related roles. Certification like CSCP is a plus; location is the Kansas City area, with full-time hours and competitive pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support for sensitive products.

Responsabilités

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
