RXO in Auburn, ME is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving, unload trucks, verify orders, and distribute tasks to sales staff. You will work closely with drivers and warehouse teams to keep goods moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/dock experience in transportation settings.
• Experience loading/unloading trailers and using handheld scanners.
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and work safely in a warehouse.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, nights and weekends due to varying freight volumes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping/receiving, unload trucks, and distribute orders to sales associates.
• Read orders and determine items to move, gather, distribute and/or ship.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers to ensure on-time delivery and validate load data.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and verify on-time arrival and condition.
