Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. in Conroe, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize, and manage inventory, and to fulfill customer orders for pick-up or delivery. You will load and unload trucks, verify inventory, rotate stock, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

The role requires physical work, up to 75 pounds, and may involve operating forklifts or pallet jacks. A forklift certification is preferred and training can be provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Lift and move freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing basic arithmetic in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; distribution/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Move heavy products using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks; expects physical work.
• Work in a warehouse environment with noise and temperature variations.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
