Job summary

Single Source Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and issue materials while maintaining accurate stock records. This role uses forklift equipment and electronic scanners to process inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic math/reading/computer skills. Prior warehouse experience is helpful, with forklift exposure preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Past warehouse experience is helpful.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inventory into the warehouse by forklift and electronic scanners.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner to fill orders quickly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory logs, supply lists and invoice records.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety regulations.
• May be required to assist with deliveries as needed.
• General upkeep of the warehouse area such as sweeping or mopping.
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records to verify accuracy.
