ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced distribution center in Windsor, CT. You will load/unload merchandise, verify items, and assist with inventory accuracy in daily order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential warehouse tasks including loading/unloading and equipment use.
• Strong attention to detail to verify shipments and avoid damage.
• Comfort using data terminals and completing scanning tasks.
• Ability to follow procedures in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise, move items between areas, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Check, verify, and audit merchandise, enter data into terminals for accuracy.
• Identify, label, and palletize merchandise for relocation to correct areas.
• Operate equipment to move/store merchandise and replenish pick areas as needed.
• Support order fulfillment by placing merchandise on conveyors and trailers.
