Job summary

TLD is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to support material movement, shipping and receiving, and production flow at our Windsor, CT facility. You will move parts between departments, pull production orders, and ensure inventory accuracy while adhering to safety rules and ISO 27001-aligned security practices.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, forklift experience, and the ability to work well in a team or alone.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to work in a team or solo environment.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving.
• Pull orders for production.
• Outbound of parts required by production or spare parts service.
• Perform inventory procedures according to cycle count instructions.
• Return unused material to inventory.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
