Job summary

StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants is recruiting for a growing international manufacturer in Western New York, hiring multiple Warehouse Associates for its new world-class facility. The role is on-site in Buffalo, first shift with overtime opportunities, and offers a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

You will operate a forklift, receive and stock shipments, pick and pack outbound orders, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure material flow

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attendance record and reliable transportation.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials and finished goods.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments; maintain accurate records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day warehouse issues and flag discrepancies.

• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Troubleshoot day-to-day warehouse issues and flag discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to keep material flow on track

What We're Looking For:
