Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to compile orders, replenish merchandise, and assist customers on the sales floor or at the customer’s vehicle. The role includes operating a forklift, checking inventory, and moving products with a focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Forklift experience or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company's safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock the show floor and organize merchandise to company standards.
• Load out customers with the correct product and help them find items.
• Be available to assist in other areas and keep the work area clean and safe.
