Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support store operations, including order pulling, stock replenishment, and assisting customers on the floor and at their vehicles. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include restocking, organizing merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company's safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.

• Restock our show floor with product.
