Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a warehouse associate to support our Plano store. You will compile orders, replenish merchandise, check inventory, assist customers, and operate a forklift as needed. This is a full-time or part-time role with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, help customers find products, load out merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while upholding Floor & Decor’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Certification to use heavy equipment requires passing drug test where allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and follow safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.
