Floor & Decor is seeking a warehouse associate to support store operations by picking orders, stocking shelves, and assisting customers on the floor and in vehicles. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Ideal candidates bring warehouse experience, basic math, and a team-oriented attitude. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with base pay starting at $15.00 per hour, and higher rates based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery or forklifts preferred but not required.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D when applicable.
• State law may require drug testing for heavy equipment certification where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock show floor with product and organize merchandise to company standards.
• Load out customers with the correct product and help locate items.
• Be available to assist in other areas and keep the workspace clean and safe.
