Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator to safely operate forklifts and related equipment, move and count merchandise, and support efficient order fulfillment. The role requires up to 50 lb lifting, standing for extended periods, and readiness to work in varying warehouse conditions.

Experience with cherry pickers is needed, along with a valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (hot, cold, noisy).
• 2 years of cherry picker experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse, including to/from staging areas, racks, and storage bins.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in the warehouse. This role ensures efficient and safe handling of auto parts and materials to support timely order fulfillment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.

• Move materials throughout the warehouse, including to/from staging areas, racks, and storage bins.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
