Driven Distribution Group in Arlington, TX seeks a Warehouse Associate - Equipment Stocker to support receiving, sorting, and stocking of products for efficient distribution. You will organize items for easy access, assist with return processing, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, standing for long periods, and certification to operate lift equipment.

TheWarehouse Associate -Equipment Stocker plays a key role in supporting warehouse efficiency by receiving, sorting, and organizing products for stocking and distribution. This position ensures items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner toassistwithaccurateandtimelyorder fulfillment. The Equipment Stocker also supports return processing andmaintainsa clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Receive and evaluate incoming freight; coordinate with team members to plan and prioritize stocking.
Organize and categorize products on warehouse shelves for easy access andoptimizedspace usage.
Put away returns received from the warranty processin accordance withwarehouse procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and clear packaging waste from stocking areas.
Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety procedures and use of required PPE.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and only upon receiving proper certification.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to stand forlong periodsand work in a physically active warehouse environment.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Must be certified tooperatea truck lift by Tri-StateEnterprises’designatedtrainer.
Must be able to learn andoperatea scanning gun.
Demonstrated alignment with DRIVE Core Values.
Previouswarehouse or stocking experience.
Familiarity with inventory management or scanning systems.

Work is performed in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure.
Warehouse is not fully climate-controlled; fans and heating/cooling mechanisms are provided.

Must regularly lift/move up to 50lbsand occasionally lift over 100 lbs.
Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirement: Steel-toed or composite shoes. [Office/field environment, regular travel, remote work eligibility, etc.]
