Position: Entry-Level Warehouse Associate

Pay Range: Starting at $23/hr - $26/hr, based on experience.

Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean workspace and participate in keeping our facility safe and accident-free.
• Potentially serve as a backup driver when needed.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state-issued license required.
• Possession or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with quick learning ability.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
