Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

1. Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
2. Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving and packing outbound warehouse merchandise.
3. Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
4. Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks.
5. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
6. Refers most complex issues to higher level staff/supervisor.
7. Provides leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Apply entry level working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts.
• Typically receives detailed instructions; work is checked and monitored routinely.
• May require some limited judgment in resolving problems.
• Contacts are mainly with direct supervisor, peers, and subordinates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D required.
• 0-0.5 years related experience or PBS requirements completed with assessment.
• Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
