About The Role

• Responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products, ensuring accurate inventory management, and contributing to efficient order fulfillment.
• Entry-level pay: $16/hr

What You’ll Do

• Returns Processing:
• Receive and unpack returned merchandise.
• Inspect items for damage or wear and determine appropriate disposition (restock, refurbish, or discard).
• Accurately document return reasons and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Coordinate with customer service for any discrepancies or issues related to returns.
• Clean shoes.
• Classify returned items.
• Inventory Management:
• Update inventory records to reflect returned items.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• General Warehouse Duties:
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including order fulfillment and shipping preparations.
