Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $17.70-$29.25/hour

The purpose of this job is to perform safe, accurate, and timely shipping and receiving procedures in the warehouse. We seek individuals with skills in the warehouse industry.

• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Verify, process, package, and ship orders accurately and timely
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Maintain inventory records
• Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Model behaviors that support the company’s purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years’ experience working in a warehouse required
• Forklift certification required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Team-oriented
• Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of shift
• Able to stoop, bend, and reach
• Exposure to various weather conditions, temperatures, and noises
• Warehouse and forklift experience preferred
