Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate - Entry Level at Ferguson

Ferguson, a leader in quality supplies since 1953, is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team. We serve various industries including HVAC, Waterworks, and Residential Building, with approximately 36,000 associates across 1,700 locations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 pm until work is finished (approx. 9 pm), with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, participating in safety practices with the team.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience preferred in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with quick learning ability for our systems.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
