Warehouse Operator/Associate - Entry Level (Urgent Need)

This position is suitable for candidates with entry-level experience, available for a full-time contract in Zelienople, PA, for a duration of 4 months, working 40 hours per week on the 1st shift.

Job Overview

The Warehouse Team Member performs activities related to receipt, shipment, movement, manufacturing, or control of raw materials, products, recyclable materials, and waste. Operates equipment/machinery as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Handle activities related to receipt, shipment, movement, manufacturing, and control of materials.
  • Operate equipment/machinery as needed, prioritize work based on customer needs in a team environment.
  • Maintain records and documents, including raw materials inventories.
  • Support continuous improvement in training and team performance.
  • Integrate Quality Systems into all activities.
  • Maintain inventory record accuracy to support manufacturing.
  • Manage storeroom functions and inventory control.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of data collection devices and understanding of transactional data within an MRP system.
Preferred Skills
  • Mathematical skills and ability to interpret specifications and use measuring tools.
  • Ability to pass training/licensing requirements for regulatory programs if needed.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and facility equipment.
  • Ability to document receipt, transfer, and shipment activities accurately.
  • Motivated to support team objectives.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, bend, stoop, use a keyboard, walk, and stand for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs.
